Jill McGovern is a professional in every sense of the word! Educated at Pepperdine University with a Masters Degree in Psychology, Jill decided to follow her passion and put her keen skills to work for her clients in pursuing their dreams of home ownership or real estate investments! Dedicated to providing her clients with the best representation, Jill has sought to educate herself with several advanced designations in the field of real estate. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), educated as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. She is also educated as A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. And she is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and holds the e-PRO designation for her skill as an Internet professional.
As a Top Producer in a large nationally recognized real estate firm, Jill left to open her own independent brokerage company to better serve her clients needs in the area she calls home - Dana Point, California, where she lives with her Husband Mark their 5 children, 2 dogs, and Kobe the cat! Jill is an avid horse enthusiasts and recently acquired “Buster” a thoroughbred that has retired his racing career and devotes his energy to riding Jill in circles! Jill is also a surfer and has taught surfing as well.
Jill believes strongly in giving back, as represented by her never ending work with local charities and her work with Rotary International as a Paul Harris Fellow.
